As such our team has a mission to provide the best service to our customers. In nearly all of our products we do the installation and training. We will answer most of your questions and at the same time we will provide guidance on what is best value for your funds. We trust that by supporting our customers we maximise their potential to reach international standards in research and development.

Your technical support is provided by us. In most cases we will be able to solve your questions by email, telephone, or visit by our technical support team. In exceptional cases when we wouldn't be able to solve the problem and we will have to send send the equipment back to the manufacturer, we will ensure that your equipment will be repaired at a minimum time.

Our scientif stuff will help you to develop your laboratory with the best equipment. We guarantee that your measurement are of international standards. For our Greek customers, the installation and training will be provided by our company in Greek. We have installed various equipment in all major cities in Greece and we can arrange a real life demonstration if you ask for.
